With Social Distancing being critical at this time, AC Trash Hauling & More has sent multiple marketing announcements and also posted on their social media pages to promote the ‘No Contact’ model with their clients.

When their service is scheduled, they have advised their clients to leave their unwanted treasures outside the home so the staff can pick it up without having to interact with the family.

  They also let their clients know that they accept payment for all of their services online through their client portal and their website, making them a true end to end ‘No Contact’ service

In response to the shelter-at-home order affecting all of Montana, the Open Bible Christian Center has taken its services and support for its congregation online.

They have started broadcasting their worship services on their new YouTube channel.

They have also started to send motivational messages via text and email, to provide weekly inspiration and support to their congregation.

They have also relabeled the ‘make a payment’ option to ‘Give to the Church’ so their congregation can submit their tithes and monetary support for the church online through the church website. 

With people worried about being in crowds or around anyone who might be sick, Colts Neck Pharmacy had to adapt with the times.

With some quick thinking and brainstorming with the team came up with a solution to offer curbside pickup at the pharmacy. They quickly built out a form and new page on their website that feeds directly into a new all-in-one business operations platform.

This allows their business to continue to serve their community and not lose any clients who are worried about going into the storefront.

Pratt Plumbing Heating Co Inc in River Vale, New Jersey has added an online service appointment request option to their clients to better serve them during this time. Their clients can go directly to their website and choose from their online service menu the service they need along with their available time for a Pratt Plumbing technician to come out to their home.

This is providing important data capture from the client, of their information, issue, and time available to visit them.

This is also providing an easy process for their clients. They submit all the information for the service once and are updated electronically from Pratt Plumbing Heating & Cooling Inc. when there are any updates to their request.

It is a win-win for Pratt Plumbing Heating & Cooling Inc. and their customers.

Sierra is a hair color specialist in Fresno, California. Due to Coronavirus, her salon has been closed temporarily. While she is missing her patrons, she is staying in contact with them and offering them different ways for them to help support her business during this time.

  • She has rescheduled all her online bookings and notified her clients.
  • To help support her while she cannot take appointments, she is asking her clients to purchase gift cards to use for future appointments. 
  • She started an online store for her clients to shop for their favorite products.
