MY CORE AI-POWERED WORK STACK
The 3 AI-Powered Work Platforms I Use Most
I don’t choose a tool because it has AI in the name. I choose it because it owns an important part of my work.
These three cover most of what I need: think and build, run the business, and turn ideas into something people can see and use.

1. OpenAI — ChatGPT + Codex
Why it earns a spot
ChatGPT is where a large share of my thinking turns into finished work. I use it to challenge ideas, work through decisions, compare sources, build campaigns, improve copy, review websites, and carry work across connected tools. Codex extends that into code, GitHub, and technical execution when the job moves beyond writing or analysis.
What I use it for
Research, strategy, writing, review, decision support, campaign development, workflow design, website work, and technical tasks that need more than a single prompt.
What if I didn’t have it?
I would still do the work, but more of it would stay fragmented across notes, browser tabs, documents, and separate specialist tools. The biggest loss would not be speed. It would be the ability to keep the thinking, source material, revision, and execution closer together.

2. Google — Google Workspace
Why it earns a spot
Google Workspace is where the business lives. Email, calendar, files, documents, spreadsheets, meetings, and shared work are already there. The AI matters because it can work closer to that real business context instead of making me move everything into a separate system first.
What I use it for
Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Meet, Vids, Gemini, and the day-to-day information that keeps projects moving.
What if I didn’t have it?
I would have to rebuild the same operating layer across several products. That would mean more handoffs, more duplicated files, and more chances for the information in the AI conversation to drift away from the work people are actually using.

3. Canva — Canva Pro
Why it earns a spot
Good thinking still has to become something another person can understand quickly. Canva Pro is my visual production layer. It gives me one place to turn finished ideas into presentations, social graphics, documents, video assets, and branded content without turning every project into a design project.
What I use it for
Presentations, social content, visual documents, simple video work, brand assets, and the final packaging that helps an idea travel.
What if I didn’t have it?
I would either spend more time moving between design tools or need outside design help for work that should be fast and repeatable. The cost would show up in slower publishing and more friction between the idea and the finished asset.
Why these three work together
I think about the stack in three jobs: ChatGPT and Codex help me think and build. Google Workspace keeps the business context and shared work together. Canva Pro turns the finished thinking into visual assets people can use.
I still use other tools. These are simply the three platforms I would notice fastest if they disappeared tomorrow.
